Dear all,

  From November 9 to 12, 2021 the Colombian Internet Governance 
Group (Mesa Colombiana de Gobernanza de Internet) will hold the *8th 
Colombian Internet Governance Forum*. The first two days will 
include workshops on Internet Governance, especially for those 
attending for the first time. On the third and fourth days, the 
forum will address topics such as Freedom of Expression, 
Intermediary Responsibility, Gender Equity, Access and Inclusion and 
Cybersecurity.

On the first day, November 9, workshops will be offered on:

      Multi-Stakeholder Model.

      Local Networks for rurality with discontinuous or precarious 
connectivity.

On the second day, November 10, the following workshops will be offered:

      Digital Security.

      ICT Accessibility and Web/ 5G.

The Forum will be virtual and will take place through the Zoom Platform.

The event will have sign language interpretation.
