本日の活発化チーム会合に参加いただき、どうもありがとうございました。

会合中、高松さんよりIGFへの参加登録承認メールの件名が以下となっている件についてチャットでご紹介いただきました。

[Indico] Registration approval for the 18th Annual Meeting of the 
Internet Governance Forum (IGF)

国連より当方に来ました承認メールの本文には、ビザ申請について次のような記載があり、承認メールがビザサポートレターの役割を果たすということです。

This confirmation also serves as a support letter to start a 
procedure to obtain a visa to enter Japan, should you need one. 
Please visit the IGF 2023 Host Country website (available as of 12 
July) for more information about how to apply for a visa.

蛇足となりますが、会場参加者への注意として、受付での参加証ピックアップが必要ということと、国連加盟国政府が発行した写真付き身分証明書および承認メール添付PDFに記載されたQRコードが必要と記載されています。

Onsite participants must collect their UN grounds pass upon arrival 
to access the meeting premises. Please visit the IGF website closer 
to the event, to confirm the hours when you can collect your pass.

You will need to present an official photo ID (passport) issued by 
the Government authority of a UN Member State as well as the QR code 
of the attached PDF.
