8月28日のNRIコーディネーターの会議で、NRIメインセッションのタイトルは以下で確定しました。詳細は次回活発化チーム会合でご報告します。
Evolving role of NRIs in multistakeholder digital governance

その後、我々NRIコーディネーターに、アジア地域より(IGF 
2024の)NRIメインセッションへの（専門家）登壇者1名を推薦してほしいとの依頼がIGF事務局より参りました（末尾）。

推薦された講演者は、以下の要件を満たすことが期待されるとのことです。

- トピック(マルチステークホルダーモデルの進化)に関する専門知識があること
- 推薦NRIとのつながりがあること
- 推薦NRIのマルチステークホルダー組織委員会による推薦があること(活発化チームには該当する委員会がありませんので、Japan 
IGF Coordination Group (CG)が該当すると思われます)
- リヤドでの現地参加が可能なこと

同セッションでは、最初のセグメントで最大7名(アジア、オセアニア、アフリカ、ヨーロッパ、米国およびカナダ、ラテンアメリカ及びカリブ海、中東および北アフリカ、の各地域より1名)の専門家話者が登壇し、他のすべての話者は2番目のセグメントで登壇する機会が与えられることになっています。

各NRIからの提案が集まり次第、話し合って1名に絞り込むことになります。

該当する候補者がいらっしゃいましたら、sec ＠ japanigf.jpまでご推薦ください。推薦期限は来週11日ですが、Japan 
IGF 
CGの推薦も得なければなりませんので、当チーム内での推薦期限は今週金曜日いっぱいといたします。

Dear Colleagues,

A quick update on the NRIs main session preparations: all NRIs 
coordinators should have received an email by now, inviting them to 
submit suggestions for the NRIs main session speakers (1st segment, 
setting the stage). If you have not received the email, please let 
me know. Below is a template used to share the relevant forms with you:


Dear Colleagues - NRIs Coordinators from the [Insert Region Name] 
region,

As agreed in our latest meeting, the NRIs main session will feature 
up to seven expert speakers to set the stage during the first 
segment, with all other speakers having the opportunity to intervene 
in the second segment.

We need to endorse one expert speaker from the [Insert Region Name] 
region. Please share your suggestions by completing this form 
[Insert From URL]  by the end of the day on 11 September UTC. Once 
we have collected all proposals, the group will work to reach a 
consensus on endorsing one expert speaker. If the endorsed speaker 
is unavailable, we will prioritize the remaining candidates. Please 
consider feasible options, but refrain from contacting potential 
speakers until a final decision has been made.

If you have any questions, I am at your disposal. For now, all 
coordinators are BCC'd, but after the suggestion deadline, we will 
connect you directly for further consultation.
