Just to ensure everyone is at ease with the submission, the 
requested change has been made (‘expand’ replaced with ‘extend’). 
The updated version has been re-sent. Please rest assured that this 
final action will in no way reflect negatively on the network. The 
Secretariat has taken this responsibility, as the change made was a 
minor editorial adjustment compared to the previous version.

Dear WSIS+20 Review Secretariat Team,

Please find attached the input to the WSIS+20 review processes 
including the elements paper, submitted on behalf of 177 national, 
regional, sub-regional, and youth IGF initiatives (NRIs).

The NRIs are autonomous, community-driven processes that address 
Internet governance issues from the perspectives of their respective 
communities, while adhering to the core principles of the global 
IGF: being bottom-up, multistakeholder, open, inclusive, 
transparent, and non-commercial. More about the NRIs can be found at 
the IGF website
